I sent money to some bank account (in China) via Xoom and now i need the document to prove that I actually sent to that person, and that specific account for legal purposes. The current "Transaction history" only prints the other person's name, but not the account. Is there a way that I can get a formal document with the recipient's name and account on it?
(I can provide all kinds of proof to confirm that I am indeed the person that is initiating the transaction, and they kept saying no for privacy reasons... I just don't understand why, because I know the recipient's account (otherwise how did I even start the transaction?!), i just need it to be on the same paper as the transaction!)
