Activate debit card but website link shows not found moto g chrome browser

I'm tryin to activate my PP debit card. When I go to the website PayPal.com/activatecard I get an error message saying 'Not Found'. How can I fix it or another way to activate the card?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. It sounds like you may be facing a technical issue when trying to access our website.

I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset.
