5$ reward cant claim until now

Since january 2022 paypal send a 5$ reward. Until now they keep sending that i havent claimed my 5 reward. I tried it so many times but still cant claim it. It always says that it seems having trouble claiming the reward or you already claimed it but like i said i havent claim it yet. I have no bad records on my paypal and its verified. So why i cant claim this reward until now.
