I have received mail regarding update your details and you receive your amount. I have done it but not receiving my amount

If you added tracking number, the money will be released within 1 day after confirmation of delivery.

If you updated the transaction as “order processed” and no shipping needed, the money will be released in 7 days.

If your buyer also confirms they've received the item, your payment will be released immediately:

To confirm you've received an item:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Find and click the original payment for the item.
3. Click Confirm receipt.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

If you do nothing and wait, the money will be released within 21 days if there is no issues with your transaction or account.
