Paypal advised me via email on March 23rd I would be getting a $6.00 U-S refund for something I had purchased. Here it is May 3rd and the money never appeared in my Paypal account, and was never sent to my bank. Getting answers on this is next to impossible. There is no email
address to contact them and their **Paypal Assistant** is of no use.
