Recent activity

I completed a transaction and the amount came off my balance, however the transaction does not appear in recent activity.

These technical glitches seen posted lately are simply plain unexplainable, it would just be a wild guess. Contact customer service:

 

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
