Receiving a Payment

I cannot receive a payment. The sender tells me it is being declined but i have already confirmed my email. What can i do about this?

Hi @Clint777,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the sender of a payment is experiencing declines. Declines can happen for several different reasons and the troubleshooting must occur from the sender's side. Please let the sender know that they can contact customer service for real-time troubleshooting by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then clicking Call us, then either logging in or clicking to call as a guest.
