Hi! My name is Alexandra <removed> and I have a problem. I’ve sent some money and then I’ve canceled the payment to change it and pay by family&friends. The payment was canceled and said that all the money are refunded to my credit card. Then I payed by family&friend and it was pending and when I checked I saw that my payment was declined because my account reached the limit and then my money were refunded to my credit card. I check my credit card and the money weren’t there. And I would like to know when will my money be refunded cause I have to pay something and I need them as quickly as possible. Please! Thank you!
