Payment pending problem

hello everyone,

first time here in paypal community,

it's a pleasure to meet everyone.

all my other payments i made in few days had no issues.

so i am currently facing an issue regarding a payment,

i paid, received email from paypal and everything, got charged in bank and all.

but in paypal saying pending, waiting ** ( seller email and username ) , hasn't accepted yet.

the seller says he hasn't received anything .

nb: i paid on day 16.

The seller may not have confirmed their PayPal email address, if the seller can't or hasn't accepted payment and it's not showing the transaction on their end.

Seller has to check their email settings in their PayPal account and request a email confirmation message from PayPal to confirm their email address.
