I already have $6.50 on my Paypal balance and I'm trying to buy a $4.99 pack on Fortnite. Although i changed the payment preference to use my balance it keeps asking me for my credit card. Why is this, and is there any way to bypass this for this purchase? Thanks
You need a card to back up the PayPal balance or you can't complete the purchase. The merchant/checkout system also want to set up a billing agreement to streamline future purchases too which will be listed in your Automatic Payments page:
Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
