I just made a transaction on a scam website through Palpay.
It is pending now.
I am wondering, is there anyway to cancel it?
There is no way on that website to cancel that order.
And there is no "cancel" button near that transaction on Palpay.
Could some help me?
Thank you!

Well as I have already said above, if its pending then you can't open a dispute, if it stays at pending it will 'time out' 30 days post payment.
I said that in my first post.
There is only a cancel option if the email address you sent the funds to was non existant.
If it completes 'then' you would be able to open a dispute.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Have you tried going to the bottom of the transaction page and clicking on Resolution Center? It brings you to a page where you can report a problem with that transaction.

I tried and I was asked to choose a type of billing issue I would like to report.
There are 5 types:
1. Incorrect transaction amount (I was charged an incorrect amount for my purchase)
2. Refunds or credit (I haven’t received a refund or store credit I was expecting)
3. Duplicate charge (My PayPal account was charged more than once for the same purchase)
4. Paid another way (I paid another way for a purchase but my PayPal account was also charged)
5. Subscriptions (I’m being charged for a subscription or a recurring transaction that I canceled)
I don't know which to choose.
It seems that my problem doesn't fall into any of these types.

That's frustrating. If it was a significant amount of money I might just pick the first option to try to get the payment stopped before it's too late, and explain later.
You could maybe contact paypal and ask them if they can stop the transaction.
I'm sorry I couldn't help more.

If its pending and does not complete then it will time out at 30 days.
If it completes then you can open a dispute.

Thank you, but I have trouble in opening a dispute.
Firstly, my case doesn't fall in any of the 5 provided types.
Secondly, if I choose "type not described above" and enter my description myself, then after clicking "submit", an error occurs.
You could try it yourself.
That error occurs every time I submit.
I doubt if anyone is maintaining this website.
There is no way for me to open a dispute.

Understood!
I think that is the reason why I couldn't submit the dispute.
Thank you so much!
