Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues making that purchase. Have you tried adding another funding source such as your debit card attached to that bank? Sometimes that'll do the trick, it's possible our Internal Security System may block the payment if the bank is the only funding source on your account.
