why do paypal not first take payments from my paypal account and if not enough then debit my bank account. they used to but now take from my bank account first.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.

hi, still no luck on priority account. have tried resetting this several times now and still money is taken from my bank first. when i fist opened my pp account it worked perfectly for years and then changed.
