Hey i have an automatic recurring subscription that bounced on the 18th due to insufficient funds in my account. I contacted the support on the game, they gave me directions to follow. Didn't fix it. So i was told to contact Paypal, i've seen credited my paypal account and tried to make a payment elsewhere with getting "payment unsuccessful". I've looked all over my paypal account and can't seem to find what could possibly be causing the issue. Bank account it's connected too and email are verified. I'm really confused and any help with this will be much appreciated. Thanks
