logging in, linking to ebay,

can't link to my ebay account, can't make a purchase with paypal, can't retrieve my money

I see no limitations on my paypal account, nothing to reconcile

have been using it right along until I tried to link it to my ebay account

message I receive every time I try: PayPal email - Email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time.

As ebay is dropping paypal as their main payment processor then a lot of sellers have swapped to ebays managed payments and do not offer paypal.
