I'm receiving error when logging on through Google Chrome: "Rate limit reached, Too many requests ; Blocked "
I'm not a merchant, I only send Paypal usually through Ebay! Why can't I log in? I can through a different browser like Firefox but not Google Chrome? I checked my activity on Paypal and it looks correct.
