how to Refund more than the purchase price?

     A buyer returned an item and paid the return shipping. How can i refund the total purchase price plus the return shipping price? Thanks, Klaneh56

Issue refund from the original payment transaction in full, then use Send & Request tab on the top menu to send money for the return shipping amount.
