credit card payment on ebay

ive paid for my item on ebay using my credit card its showing on my online banking as cleared  but not on my paypal account after a week and the money not in the account of the person the money went to. any ideas whats happen or what to do ??

You said you paid using your credit card.

So if you paid using a credit card directly to the seller then you didn't use paypal did you?

Did not pay diectly by card but by the card saved on my PayPal they take the payment for me to send to the seller. It’s not showing up on my PayPal account and they don’t have the money as well. What I’m doing wrong
