Where is the link to file a seller protection clam?

Cannot find it, every time I 'ask a question' I get the paycheck protection program response!

Sellers don't file claims, only buyers.

If you met all the requirements of seller protection then you may be reimbursed by paypal for a chargeback or unauthorised dispute, so your best bet is to go read up on seller protection to see if you did meet all those requirements.
