Good day to you @twpumpkin,   Thank you for using community forum. I'm sorry you've had to deal with this issue. Did you originally open a dispute under ITEM NOT RECEIVED? If yes, what I suggest is to change your reason from Item not received to Significantly not as described.   Here's how: Go to the Resolution Center. Select Open Cases. Find your case and click View from the Action column. If you haven't escalated to a claim yet, click Change your reason for this dispute. If you've already escalated to a claim, click Change your reason for this claim. Follow the instructions provided.   I hope this helps. We really appreciate your patience. Keep safe.   *** You may leave Kudos / Solution if I have helped you. *** ... View more

Good day to you @Alayonara,   Thank you for using community forum. About your account limitation, the time it takes to restore account access varies. It depends on the type of issue. If you've completed the steps to remove your limitation in the Resolution Center and your account is still limited, it means that we're still reviewing your information. Once our review is complete, you will receive a notification. If you have submitted the requested information, you should be receiving an email from within 3 business days. Most limitations are resolved within 5 days, however some could take longer. Some can be lifted without a review. Please always check the status of your limitation in the Resolution Center.   I hope this helps. We really appreciate your patience. Keep safe. *** You may leave Kudos / Solution if I have helped you. *** ... View more

Good day to you @autumnrussell4,   Thank you for using community forum. I'm sorry about your previous transaction. If the status of the payment shows completed, you can not cancel it anymore. You can only cancel a pending payment that has a "Cancel" link next to it in your Activity. These payments will be in the "Unclaimed" status, meaning that the recipient hasn't received or accepted it. You won't be able to cancel a pending payment that doesn't have a "Cancel" link. In this case, you may try to contact the recipient/seller to make other arrangements.   Here's how to cancel a pending payment: On the Activity page, locate the pending payment. Click Cancel. On the next page, click Cancel Payment. I hope this helps. We really appreciate your patience. Keep safe. *** You may leave Kudos / Solution if I have helped you. *** ... View more
