Direct payment to seller

Hey guys, If I make an agreement with a seller and decide to pay them directly into their PayPal account... in the circumstance where I don’t revive my products we agreed upon or it’s not the product we agreed upon, will PayPal return my payment back to me? Cheers.

Thank you for using community forum. If you purchased something and would like a refund because you haven't received it, or it's not as described, you can file a dispute in our Resolution Center to start the process of getting your money back.

Yes, you are covered by our buyer protection, tho thanks for updating us in advance regards with this, in any case you encounter issues with this order then you can communicate directly with your seller by opening a dispute in the PayPal Resolution center:

Log in to PayPal.com
Go to the Resolution Center.
Click Report a Problem.
Select the reason for your case and click Continue.
