Scammed - no items received

SHENZHEN SOWEWAY INTERNATONAL LOGISTICS CO.,LIMITED charged my account on 3/15 and I still have not received product - Paypal keeps extending my resolution date and is not helping!!!

I made a purchase on facebook with SHENZHEN SOWEWAY INTERNATONAL LOGISTICS CO.,LIMITED I did not get an email with my purchase receipt and no delivery information. I believe is a scam
