Ask your child to pay you in work around the house or get a paper route to pay off their debt to you. And beef up security on your phone, child proof it. You will not get a refund because essentially the child had access to your phone. It was not a stranger to stranger breach.
Perhaps contact the merchant and ask that they withdraw the digital goods from the game or deactivate the program or whatever it is they bought and issue a refund.
