I am trying to purchase to aescripts,com using my Paypal account which is linked to my ATM account. But everytime I'll proceed to the Paypal option I always get this message. "We're sorry, things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

 

1. Is the problem within the merchant or my account?

2. How to resolve this issue?

3. Other automatic purchases like Spotify and Windows are working just fine, but when it comes to purchasing to aescripts I can't get through.

Welcome to our Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent purchase attempt. Have you tried using a different funding source than your debit card? Also, have you reached out to the merchant to see if everything is up and running on their end since you're able to make payments with other merchants?
