I listed my motorcycle on craigslist and other sites. I've gotten several identical responses from people wanting to buy etc...same story..and all. I am 100% aware this is a scam "I'll send you the full asking price of the item + $1500 more for my movers to come get the bike". My question is...is it possible to hold them liable for sending me the money? They send me money...I give them bike. Why/how are these scammers able to chargeback such big amounts of money without paypal noticing something is up? I would love to sell this bike for my fully asking price..but am also aware this is too good to be true and is a scam.
