I used paypal to pay to a website that i wanted to buy something from it, and this website is actually secure because my friend used it and bought something from it before i do, So the issue is that when i put my credit card information and the payment was complete it actually was thanking me for the purchase in the first screen of the website, when i went to the order details it says 'the payment was failed and your were not charged' so i tried to buy it nearly 4 times ! And they were charging me each time. when i contacted their support staff they said that the payment was declined by their payment risk systems, here's what they said in the email:
