Unauthorized payments to 2GoOnline Limited?

So I was looking through my PayPal history earlier because I had less money in my account than I thought I did. Turns out there's several payments stretching back to February to a company called "2GoOnline Limited". I don't know if they have anything to do with 1&1 Internet who I had a domain from, but in either case the contract was 1 year for £11.99 while the payments to 2GoOnline were from £12-£17. I've opened claims in the Resolution Centre because I received no email notifications about these payments, and had no pre-approved payment plans in place, but I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with this company? And if I should consider reporting them to Trading Standards because surely the legality of taking payments without any notification or consent is questionable at best?

Check its not a scheduled payment.
Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:
Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments.

Ring them, there is a number on there website.

I'd checked the pre-approved payment plans and it's empty. So how they're making these payments go through I have no idea.

Have you used that website at all even as a guest payer?
If not then ring them and ask them to justify the charges and how they got the payments.

Never been on the site before today. Also it's a Sunday so they're closed and I can't call them until tomorrow.

The transactions are for takeaway food orders via 2GoOnlines network of restaurants. They would all have been done via checkout through the restaurants website.

if this is the very first payment made to them i believe you can get assistance from PayPal Customer Sevice 0800 358 7911
