unauthorized payment to paddle

I was charged 10$ from paddle.com but i dont remember paying for something from paddle i dont even know whats paddle

i never did the payment, strange.

If you do not see the transaction in your PayPal history, we recommend contacting your funding source to see what options you have to report that transaction.

I found a .99 cent charge on my PP account. Upon further looking, I found the company attached to it was going to be charging my account $39..99 - Thankfully, I caught it in time and canceled this.  I don't know how this happened but would like to know. The company was paddle.com
