Unable to checkout with paypal on eBay

Hello everyone.

I recently started getting "Continue to PayPal to complete checkout or choose a different payment option." upon checkout on Ebay, though there was a successful payment was on August, 28

I haven't made any changes on Paypal account, nor credit card. The PP account has verified status on eBay.

The checkout starts with the "Pay with PP" button, then a pop-up opens to select a preferred credit card (have only one), after pressing "Pay Now" the mentioned error message is shown.

Blocking funds is not even attempted, I would get a message from my bank "not enough funds".

I have no clue what could have been changed since Aug, 28.

Any ideas?

I also experienced the same.When tried to to make payment with the preferred credit card,the pop up window asks for otp.When i furnishes OTP,the window buffers and another otp sends.This process continues endlessly.Why the payment not accepted?
