I sold a watch on eBay on 6/20 and the guy returned it saying it worked fine but stopped working. It arrived yesterday while I was out of town & I checked it today & he's right, it doesn't work now. So I messaged him & apologized & went to issue the refund & couldn't. Just said unable to issue refund. So then I tried to refund through Paypal and it won't go through there either. The girl at Paypal told me that eBay had blocked transactions that transferred money from my bank account which is crazy. I don't have the money in Paypal & I'm not rich but I certainly have $40 in my bank to cover this refund.
Can anybody shed any light on this? TIA. I'm supposed to refund no later than tomorrow. 😞
