Udemy Instructor Payments

I'm trying to set up my Udemy instructor account and every time I try to connect Paypal, it logs in fine but then throws up the error message: We couldn't make your PayPal account the Udemy method of payment. For troubleshooting, please contact Paypal support here.

Any ideas?!
