When you signed up for the service you agreed to the terms. Within the terms you agreed to no refunds. The reason why we put this in the terms is because it cost us money to create your system. Also you had all the information on the page that you signed up with and your instructor would have explained how the program works. We have sent you an email on Jan 16 with information on how to get going with setting up your system. This email was sent to xxxx. If you have any questions please get with your instructor they will be able to point you in the right direction on how to get started. You can also cal[Removed. January 29, 2021 at 1:55:46 PM PST ****** Originally i was told total for the training is 80 some thing up front and 29.95 every 3 months for training that would start immediately and continue as long as i continued the payment. So i agreed and sent payments. Then i get a call and the caller says in order to start the training i would also have to pay between 4 and 7 Thousand Dollars. I said that's outrageous. I cancel my Training due to i did not know of this extra fee i would like a refund they denied it saying they were getting it set up for me and that what i paid was for that.
