Permanent limitation

Hi PayPal Community, I recently received some funds on PayPal in order to buy a laptop and school supplies as we go back to university in my country. My PayPal account had remained pretty stagnant with only two payments to Udemy for online courses I was doing over the pandemic lockdown. Immediately I received the money PayPal initiated a hold on the money for 24hrs for security purposes and the hold was lifted exactly 24hrs later. I then proceeded to attempt withdrawal of the amount and was successful for the first half of the funds but then PayPal initiated a limitation on my account and requested documentation and also asked me to explain the transaction on my account. I did all that and submitted the documents. Roughly 24hrs later I received an email that said I can no longer use PayPal. Attempts to communicate with PayPal support on Facebook and Twitter were unhelpful as they said the limitation was permanent and I had to wait 180 days for an email to withdraw my funds. I’m in dire need of those funds as I can’t start my year in university without paying the fees and buying the school supplies. What do I do?
