I'm trying to transfer a balance from my prepaid gift card (Oxford Plus and I think its amex).
I issued and invoice to myself and I'm trying to pay it with the prepaid card but I am getting an error message that the provider is declining the transactions. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can make this work?
Based on what you've described, it sounds like the card may be from a provider that PayPal does not support. If this is the case, you won't be able to use that card through our system. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
