The transaction reversal

You charged from my bank account the total amount ($2,127.71) I owed you in one transaction which broken my account.

However, I set up an autopayment for a monthly payment of $167.00 when I received credit from you.

I want you to refind this amount and charge a monthly amount I consent before.
