I paid with partial Ebay Bucks. If i agree to the cancel at sellers request, will i get to use those Ebay Bucks returned to me to use on another item??
Has anyone out there had this problem? If so, what did you do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
