Recently I sent money through friends and family to a friend of mine. I however chose the wrong account that did not have the funds. I got charged a insufficient fund recharge fee through my bank, and the money never left my account, but it still shows it went through on PayPal. I've contacted the bank, and they said the money did return back to the account. My question now is, will PayPal try to automatically reply the money again, did it put a negative balance in my PayPal ( if so I can not find any PayPal account balance anywhere), or do I need to resend the money?
