Scammer, help

HI, my friend was absolutely scammed and I need help to resolve this. the seller bullied her into using friends and family in her payment. what can she do now? does she have any legal rights? the goods will not be received as it was a scam. any advice?

Sorry, there’s no buyer protection with friends and family payments. Never use f&f involving goods and services transactions. It’s tantamount to sending a gift payment with no obligations and just disappear on you.
