Ryanair Limited refunded

Ryanair made a refund to another account of mine that had already CLOSED and call Paypal 0800 many times and no operator knows how to solve the issue.
They said that they were going to make a manual transaction to my new Paypal account and I still don't have my refund. (since 18th April)

I have a number transaction and invoice number. Does anyone have any clue to talk to people who do their work "efficiently"?

Refunds go back to the bank account or card used to fund the payment in the first place.

The only time it would go back to your balance is if you funded the paypal payment via your paypal balance so did you?

It went back to a closed account. they don't validate if the account exists before sending the money?

The validation is done when you add / confirm a bank account to your paypal account.

Also it must exist as you have used it to pay in the first place so any refund is 'automatically' sent back to the source it came from.
