So I know this is asked every ten seconds but. let me add some context.
There was a big nintendo information breach on April 24 regarding people hacking into accounts and spending specifically on Fortnite for Vbucks.
My account was part of this breach without my knowing and i came back to my account today to see 3 major nintendo transactions gone through. I'm out of almost 200 dollars because of this.
I try to file disputes with these claims but the MOMENT I open the resolution center? It's loading infinitely and I CANNOT FILE ANYTHING.
I tried going through the message center and it told me to DO THE SAME THING.. THAT I CAN'T DO.
I try looking for a number everywhere but Every Link is telling me to USE THE RESOLUTION CENTER. I can't use it!
Can someone PLEASE direct me to a number to call, an actual PERSON to chat to, anything? I want these 3 payments at least partially or fully refunded!
I DONT EVEN PLAY FORTNITE MAN....
