Refunded money not showing on bank/card balance

Hello.

I got refunded from a yearly service I quit.

The refund status on paypl says "refunded", and when I wanted to file a problem with that transaction the system says something like "you received the money, so you have to deal with the sender directly". But in fact, nothing of the refunded amount its shown on my bank status.

I use a visa card on my paypal account, and the card was expelled by a Central American bank. Is that a problem?

Refunds to cards may take up to a week up to 30 days after PayPal as processed it, depending on your card issuer so keep an eye on the card account.

Why should it take that long?! And why have some refunds shown up within two days?

I wonder why it takes so long. A previous refund was in the same day so why is this 1 taking so long? Not happy
