I need advice. I issued a customer a partial refund until funds from my bank could be transferred to PayPal. After the funds were transferred, I issued the customer the balance of his money but I was ONLY able to refund the customer through his email address. When I tried to issue a refund via PayPal, I kept receiving error messages. His email address was the ONLY way I could refund him and PayPal is not showing a credit for the refund. What can I do?
