Good day! I applied for a refund from Cebu Pacific Airlines and they transmitted the refund to Paypal. The refund was transmitted from Cebu Pacific to Paypal last September 2020. Anyway, I used my debit card which was linked to my Paypal account. It says here on my Paypal account that it was "refunded". However, I still haven't received it on my debit card. It's now April and I still haven't gotten my refund.
