Refund amount issue

I have placed an order online on 15th December 2019 to "the diamondstore" which was cancelled later as the ring size was not available and i asked them to refund the payment. I paid through paypal. I paid 795 GBP and in AED it was 4098.84 AED I received the email from "thediamondstore" that your order has been cancelled and amount has been refunded. When i checked my paypal account the amount credited/refunded to may account was 795 GBP( which i have paid to seller) but in AED it i[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]84 AED are not refunded to my account when paypal charged me 4098.84. Refund means the full amount i paid should be credited to my account which in this case is 4098.84 AED.
