Refund Information Needed

I provided a refund for a payment and the girl told me to cancel the refund and I can just keep the money: how do I cancel a refund?

Once the refund is issued from within the original transaction, it can't be cancelled. The other person will have to pay you again.

If you instead sent a payment as a refund, the other person can go into this particular transaction and issue a refund of the payment back to you.
