I'm relatively new to paypal, and for the first time, have been issued a refund from a vendor. I see the refund in my paypal account, but I don't know how to access/spend it. When I use paypal for a new purchase, the entire new purchase is paid from my credit card -- not using the credit amount in my paypal account. Please advise. Thanks!
If when you buy something it charges your card first you just have to change you payment settings to take from PayPal balance first instead of card first
