Unclaimed payment

Hello 

I receive payment in RUB currency ( it was not in my list of currencies at the moment of payment ) 

I added the currency to my balance list

The status of payment is still unclaimed and doesn't show up in my balance 

Email I've received says "This payment is pending because it was sent in a currency in which you do not currently hold a balance."

How long can it take to achieve my balance?
