Receiving PayPal payment

Recently sold an item on eBay and the customer has paid and shows on her statement, but my paypal shows not payment received

what kind of statement did she show you.

if you don't see it in your paypal account and you did not get a paypal email saying YOU GET CASH,you get nothing,so do n ot ship

Do a re-list of the item sold on eBay (but don’t actually submit it) and check what you have as your PayPal email address. Is it the correct one?

If your PayPal address in the listing is correct, tell buyer that you are not seeing payment. Also check on order on eBay and see if it is marked as paid.

Could be a scam getting you to ship without getting paid. People can make up fake receipts and statements.
