Purchase and payment problem

I bought an item , pressed to pay with pay pal, Paypal took the money from my bank but the activity on paypal isn't showing that amount and the place i purchased didn't receive the money. I tried paying it again but now paypal is showing i don't have enough in my account, it's trying to double charge me. What do i do and i can't get a hold of anyone by phone

If you made a transaction on your credit or debit card statement, bank but can’t find it on your PayPal account, it’s likely that your transaction was completed through our guest checkout. A guest checkout transaction happens when PayPal is used as the payment processor, however you may not have logged in to your account to perform the transaction.
