Can anyone explain to me how a “provisional credit” works? This is how I understand it: I was charged twice, I call and ask PayPal to credit me on one of the transactions, they say they will give me a “provisional credit” ( here is the confusing part) which they say they will then take out of my account in 10days. What am I missing I was charged twice PP credits me for the double charge, then in 10 days they take the money out of my account, which to me sounds like I am being charged twice again??? HELP
